Lost Credit/Debit Card Information

Important account information for our debit and/or automatic teller machine (ATM) cardholders:

Due to the ever increasing fraudulent international debit card transactions, and our ongoing effort to curb the fraud losses that affect our customers and our financial institution, international transactions will no longer be allowed with your debit and/or ATM card(s) issued by        The Bank of Mauston.

Although we discourage the use of your debit and/or ATM card for international transactions, if you are traveling to a foreign country or wishing to make online purchases from an international (foreign) company and would like to use your card, we are able to make these services available on an individual card basis. To authorize these transactions, we will require you to contact The Bank of Mauston’s Debit Card Manager,        Donna Hineline, to inform us of your travel plans and/or intended purchases from a foreign online vendor. At that time we will be happy to activate your card for international debit purchases.

If it is after normal bank hours, and you notice fraudulent activity on your card, or you lose/misplace               your debit card, please call 1-800-528-2273 or 812-647-9794 for international card holders.
