Commercial Mortgage Loan
This traditional financing option allows for the new construction, purchase, or rehabilitation of commercial real estate. This type of loan is repaid from net income of the business on a defined amortization through monthly or quarterly payments.

Term Loan
This financing option is a secured loan used to finance fixed assets (other than real estate) such as equipment. The term of the loan depends on the life of the asset being financed and the cash flow of the business.

Short-Term Working Capital Loans and Lines of Credit
This secured loan provides your established business with a source of working capital. These loans have maturities up to one year.

Letter of Credit
A Letter of Credit can be issued by the bank, on behalf of a client, authorizing an individual or a firm to draw drafts on the bank, under certain conditions stipulated in the Letter of Credit.

Government Loan Programs
Businesses can also secure financing through government programs such as Wisconsin Housing and Economic Authority, known as WHEDA and the Small Business Administration, known as SBA.  These programs require applications be originated through a bank and can offer specialized assistance to new or existing businesses.
