The Bank of Mauston donates to the New Lisbon Memorial Library building fund

On Monday, July 23, The Bank of Mauston became the latest local business to present the New Lisbon Memorial Library with a $5,000 check.  With the bank’s contribution, the library had raised $130,000 for its building remodel project.

Deanna Roiser, New Lisbon Memorial Library Director, states, “We now have over $135,000 in the library building remodel fund.  This means that we can go ahead with the next phase which is hiring an architect to render a drawing of the proposed building.”  She continued to say how happy she is with the out-pouring of community support, “Preliminarily, the figures I have heard that it will take to complete this project are right around $1 million.  So while we still have a ways to go, none of this would have been possible without the generous support of area individuals, organizations and businesses – such as The Bank of Mauston.”

This donation is just one of the many ways that The Bank of Mauston continues to find to give back to our communities.  By supporting organizations and community outreach programs, such as the New Lisbon Memorial Library, The Bank of Mauston continues to adhere to initiatives that ‘help our community grow!’

On July 23, some representatives from the New Lisbon Memorial Library (NLML) gathered at The Bank of Mauston’s New Lisbon branch where a few of The Bank of Mauston (BOM) employees presented them with a $5,000 check for the library’s building remodel project.
